Winter Springs Town Center is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of SR 434 and Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs, Fla.

Winter Springs, located in the heart of central Florida just outside Orlando, is a city with a small-town feel but with big-city offerings. Incorporated in 1959 as the Village of North Orlando (later to become Winter Springs), the city is one of the newer municipalities in Seminole County and the largest in terms of land area.

Because of its central location, Winter Springs is easily accessible from three major interstates: I-4 from Daytona Beach to Tampa, I-75 from south Florida to Canada and I-95 from Miami to New England .
